Janet Carter earned her Music Education degree and teaching credentials in New Zealand and has taught music for more than 40 years at all levels in schools and churches.

 

She is Director of Music, Youth and Small Group Ministries at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, and is also responsible for the church website, the worship technology team, coordinates worship services and manages the church office.

 

Janet hears God's call to advocate and act more effectively in areas of justice for those who are marginalized and suffering in our community and beyond.
