A Kansas native and long-time United Methodist, Aileen Ball is the founding Lead Organizer of the Good Faith Network, an interfaith coalition building people power for justice across Johnson County.

Originally from Topeka, Aileen brings together an unusual mix of skills: she holds master's degrees in both Classical Studies and Library Science from Indiana University and spent more than 15 years leading complex projects in higher education before making the leap into community organizing.

Before launching the Good Faith Network, Aileen served for four years on the executive board of our sister organization Justice Matters, including a term as co-president. There, she discovered what has become her life's work: helping ordinary people become extraordinary leaders and building the relationships, structures, and collective power needed to create lasting change.
